I wanted to give a shout out to some fellow travelers and bloggers I met in Stewart and Hyder.
Glenn and Caite travel full time in their camper and share their adventures through a blog called gconthemove.com. I want to highlight their entry on visiting Hyder and Stewart, found here. Glenn and Caite are camping near Mount St. Helens and Mt. Rainier this week.
Jeff travelled to the Arctic Circle on his Harley and we had a chance to meet in Stewart the evening he returned from Hyder. He writes about his trip in the blog Rome2Alaska. Jeff reached the Arctic Circle on Day 7 of his trip, and his blog is worth a read if you’re a vicarious traveler. Since we met at the restuarant located inside the King Edward Hotel in Stewart, I thought I would add a link to the day we met.
