New Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires were installed on the bike today, replacing the prior Pilot Road 4 set after more than 13,000 miles. I use the GT version of the tire in the rear and the standard PR4 in the front. I love these tire’s longevity and excellent wet road performance. This set should last me for the entire Southern States Tour, which begins in just 10 days.
The shop installing the tires, and where I purchased the bike, has undergone an ownership change. Ride West is now BMW Motorcycles of Seattle. The name was officially changed today and I was first to receive an repair order invoice with the new name!
